You may think this electric saw weilding man may live in the serial-killer-esque lair pictured above however the man is infact the not so scary Andy doing a spot of friendly DIY. The building however is in a not so friendly part of Liverpool I accidently directed us into the other week. Stanley Docks...the road ends here.
